Take it around the corner and you should see that elaborate window with the bars on it. Throw the Batarang through the electrical current and guide it under that ajar cage door near the elevator. You'll see a couple of openings above the door and there's a lot of electrical currents all through that. If you are just entering the gladiator arena, it will be the door on your right. Now, to get a charge, you're going to need to get to the stairs just above the opposite door from where the initial switch was to turn off the electric. You can use that if you need to go in and out of the pit without turning off the electric. There should be a cage door that's open far enough for you to slide under.

In the Mill and Zsasz' lair, I don't even know where the electricity is supposed to come from, and in the Gladiator Pit, I tried guiding the batarang through the electric generator over the right-hand door, but I can't get the batarang to reach the fuse box - by the time I maneuver around all the passages, it conks out on me.
